When you come to the office

1.Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. You will have paperwork to fill out, followed by an intake interview. Also, if you need to use the restroom before your session, please do so. Your appointment time is when I prefer to have clients on the table so that it does not interfere with other people's appointments.

2.If the massage pressure is too light or too hard, please tell me.

3.If the temperature of the room is uncomfortable, please let me know. I want your massage experience to be one that you enjoy. Your comfort is of the utmost importance.

4.Make sure to drink water before and after your appointment.

5. Please shower before your appointment.

6. Please do not shower after your appointment. The oil I use is made in office and is designed for the health, moisturization, and pain relief of the client. Crucial in the winter months when dry skin can wreak havoc.

7. If you plan on coming back, I suggest buying a package if your decide to become a regular. It knocks off $20 off the regular price (saving you $100) and you get massages up to 5 months if you come once a month.

8. The recommended frequency of massages should be at least once a month. This keeps stress and pain levels to a minimum.

9. Do not worry about shaving your legs. It does not bother us at all, it shouldn't bother you.

10. In the case where you might be sore, drink plenty of water, stretch, and/or take an Epsom Salt bath. This will speed up the healing faster.
