All massages have a blend of Swedish Massage, Acupressure, Reflexology, Medical Massage, and in some cases Thai Yoga Massage. 

Relaxation Massage
Also known as Swedish Massage. I use long, fluid connecting strokes while kneading the muscles which promotes relaxation. Your pain limits will not be tested with this type of massage. This massage type is best for those wanting to reduce stress, relaxation, and for first time clients.
$85 an hour/$105 for 90 minutes
 
Therapeutic Massage
Also known as Deep Tissue Massage. This massage is tailored more towards those who receive massages regularly. Treat your body to a firm pressure massage. I will be focusing on any deep muscle tension, as well as providing great relief for overworked muscles. If at any time, the pressure is too much, let me know so I can adjust the pressure. This massage type is for those suffering from acute to chronic pain conditions, sore or overworked muscles, or those looking to improve their overall athleticism.
$95 an hour/$115 for 90 minutes/$145 for 2 hours

Stretching:
Add stretching to any session for $10 more. This is great for anyone who lacks range of motion and needs to improve in this area. Active assisted stretching and passive stretching is used. This is a great add on to enhance the quality of your massage session.​

My personal recommendations for anyone that hasn't had a massage in a while is to do a 90 minute massage of either type with stretching. In most cases, the muscles have been seriously overworked and will need some extra attention.
For those on a budget, might I recommend the packages. Each one comes in a pack of 5 and saves you $190.

Cupping: Great for loosening up areas that just will not budge.  $15

Fire and Ice Treatment: Hot and Cold Stones are alternated to help the body relax quickly. $15

Hot Stone Treatment: A great add on to help the muscles relax. $10

Heated Gua Sha: A mixture of Hot Stone and Gua Sha combined used to promote circulation to the muscles. $10

Outcalls: I travel to your home and offer the massages above. There is a travel fee added to the massage price. For example, if it takes 45 minutes to drive to your location, the fee is $90 plus the cost of your massage. So a 60 minute Swedish Massage would cost $150.  If it takes 10 minutes, it would cost $95 for the same service.
